Compete for over $100,000 in prizes designed to fuel your project's growth as well as an exclusive opportunity to secure follow-up funding of up to $30,000 through milestone-based grants to continue building after the hackathon. Program Overview

The hackathon will kick-off with an IRL hacker house at ETHDenver. The hacker house will be your dedicated space to begin building your concept while getting advisory and project support from the Monad team and crypto’s best builders. Upon conclusion of the in-person hacker house, the remainder of the hackathon will be conducted async / online including the judging process.

Amenities & Support

Food, drinks and anything in between will be taken care of for you to hack your heart away. In addition, you will have access to the Monad team and numerous other crypto product builders to seek advice from as you bring your idea to life. All you need is yourself, your laptop, and a burning to desire to build on the EVM without constraints.

Individuals & Team Formation

We welcome both individual builders and teams to apply. Use our Developer Discord if you'd like to connect with other developers and form a new team before applying. If you apply solo, we'll match you with a team based on your skills and interests. Teams applying can also indicate if they're opening to adding new members.

The Monad Hackathon welcomes innovative projects that leverage our high-performance blockchain. With 10k TPS, 1s block times, single-slot finality, and low gas fees, Monad is perfect for performance-intensive applications.

While these are suggested areas, we encourage creative solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible with Monad's accelerated EVM. All projects will compete in a single category, so think big and build without limits.
